Prof. Miri Shonfeld is the head of the TEC Center (Technology, Education and Cultural Diversity) at the Mofet Institute. She heads the thesis program in Technology in Education at Kibbutzim College. She serves as Vice President of the International Association for Intercultural Education (IAIE). Her work focuses on researching and developing the TEC model, including the implementation of online courses in colleges and schools. Her research and writing address topics related to cultural diversity, educational technology, pedagogy, innovation, collaboration, online teaching, and virtual worlds.
